How it Works
Air Force Installations are provided “DePLAYment Tag Pass Packs” for distribution to eligible members. These tag pass packs contain numbered dog tags that can be removed and placed on a key ring; much like the ones used at stores in the United States to indicate a frequent shopper; i.e. PetsMart, Office Depot, etc. The pre-printed numbered code on the tag, called a “tag –code” serves as unique identifier for each family and each family member.
You simply pick up your DePLAYment Tag Pass Pack at the Beale Airman and Family Readiness Center, then log onto the www.myairforcelife.com website to register. Once registered, you may use your tag-pass for discounts and free programs at Beale AFB! It’s that simple!
Eligibility
- Families of currently deployed members
- Families of members deployed between July 1, 2009 and the program kick-off
- Families of members who returned from deployment on or after July 1, 2009
A copy of the deployment orders is required to verify eligibility and to receive your DePLAYment tag. Deployment is described as TDY for 30 days or more; or 365-PCS in support of an active Operation and documented on official orders. Family is defined as spouse and/or children with valid DoD I.D. Cards. It also includes family members that are sponsored and have a DoD I.D. card (i.e. Sponsors a parent, sibling, etc.)

The following categories may qualify for DePLAYment Tag Pass Packs
- Air Force active duty members with qualified family members
